Description: A wonderful yeoman's cupboard with no bells and whistles, but who needs them when the color and texture of the timber is as good as this! Found in Shropshire. Three shelves with thumb-nail molded edges over scratch-molded rails. The shelves showing great signs of age and use. Turned front supports with incised rings, molded back supports. Dutchmen in front supports, probably inserted by the maker, rear boards old replacements, small corner patch on top.
