Description: An exceptional English rococo carved and gilded mirror frame in the style of Thomas Johnson, the inner frame in the form of a cabochon created of double c-scrolls flanked by pagodas on either side and a pagoda at the base, the outer frame consisting of trailing vines and c-scrolls with rocaille. Antique (18th Century) oval plate, not original.
